GO PT offers a Fitness Center Option. This began as a result of
patients wanting to continue with their exercise program after formal
physical therapy was over. The Fitness Center is open during regular
operating hours. The program costs $40.00 for the first month which
includes a fitness assessment by Sonya Hinebaugh BS, PTA, CPI. The
assessment includes body weight, heart rate, blood pressure, and
body fat content. She will assist you in setting up an exercise
program designed to meet your goals. After the first month, the
cost is $30.00. If you sign up with a friend or spouse, the $30.00
will be reduced to $25.00 each while you both are members. The Center
offers you the use of all of the exercise equipment as well as the
mat tables and thermal modalities (moist hot packs & ice packs).
The physical therapy patients have priority on the equipment.
