Cindy began her career with GO PT in 1998 and serves as Assistant Administrator and Office Manager. In this capacity, she oversees business activities of GO PT, performing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. In addition, Cindy performs both insurance and patient billing. Cindy has attended Medicare and insurance seminars to further her knowledge of up-to-date insurance regulations and requirements. In addition, Cindy is the HIPAA Privacy Specialist for GO PT.

Cindy grew up in Kitzmiller, MD with two sisters and one brother. She attended Southern Garrett High School and selected the business career with her husband Joe. Cindy and Joe are in the process of adopting a little girl from China and will enjoy two weeks in her native country prior to bringing her home to the USA. Cindy is also a stepmother to Renee and Steve Shaffer. Cindy enjoys singing, decorating, antiques, motorcycling, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Cindy has a great interest in the Victorian Era.
